The more and more extensive applications of computer bring the quick changes among the whole computer sciences, and propel the human society into a great phase of development. In the mean time, the software technology, one of the kernel and important content of computer science, is put to highlight. In fact, software already exists in every aspect of society, communication, medical treatment, telecom, military, industry and commerce, entertainment, officing, etc, therefore it has turned into a powerful driving force in every domain and has been influencing details of our living. People acquire and manage related information through interaction with software. The key-point during interacting process is whether the software can provide user with the correct, in time and consistent data information. And the research to this subject has realistic significance.ADV design model is a kind of Object-oriented design model brought forward recently in software field, which crisply depicts the design model of separation of concerns via the interfaces and the objects connected with them. Because of separation of concerns, this pattern can give software system such features as incremental reusability, modifiability, adaptability, and better evolution in the software design and development phases. The Model can facilitate the design and development of interacting synchronized system by its inherent features especially the aspect of consistency, and brings the resulting system better interacting synchronization capability and datum consistency.This paper analyzes and designs ADOs and ADVs based on the theory of ADV design model. After the consistency mechanism gained, this model and its consistency mechanism are applied in independent application to form the universal framework of synchronized system design for individual application. Starting from this point, the model can be extended by applying it on distributed environment. Through analyzing and designing two typical application model of distributed, C/S model and B/S model, we got a universal design framework of interacting synchronized system for distributed applications. Finally, we examined the properties of the entire framework to provide the valid evidence for its application in the development of interacting synchronized system.
