This paper introduces the background, domestic and international research dynamic status, project meaning, etc. of oil reservoir engineering information management system. It introduces the primary work finished and main problem solved in this project of mine. The paper analyses the current situation used in oil reservoir of Dagang Oilfield, provides the solution, introduces the systematic characteristic and main function of the project information management system of oil reservoir at the same time. The article has analysed several kinds of synchronous update technology of the database, the technology which we select and design implementation method. It has discussed CBR technology , designing and corresponding algorithm of the method which make use of CBR to realize filter of the measure of the oil well.
