It may predigest installation by use this configuration, and there is unnecessary to use the expensive voice equipment; 4. It can provide a high quality voice signals as the old telephone. As these superiorities, IP Internet telephone will hold the dominant station of the new generation telephone. The design is to realize view IP telephone with video and audio over enterprise intranet. With the development of technology, people want to communicate each other with data,video and audio. So the purpose of our research is to communicate in two directions with video and audio over company intranet. The IP telephone system is being taken into account more and more, it will have a great development foreground. In this paper, mainly introduces the background,development and technology principium of IP telephone system; The analysis is made with IP system over Internet in theory; Particular discusses the video data compress technology; Describes the function and implement method of process of video in whole system.
