This Paper introduced the main contents of acquire & control system which has been finished recently in FL-8 wind tunnel. These contents include: main design of the project, general control unit design of CAN bus, the position control method of AC motor, the different uses of AC servo motor in FL-8 wind tunnel, the special data acquire system design based on VXI, the software design of acquire & control and test manager, and the results of wind tunnel test.The rebuild of the acquire & control based on a new mode, the main character is use the dispersed mode based on CAN bus to replace the old centralized mode, and this provided with better reliability, better maintainability and expansibility. Because of the use of AC servomotor, the control precision, the execute speed, the reliability is improved greatly. The acquire system is also improved greatly by the use of VXI bus model. In addition, some new test manage method and new technique are introduced in this rebuild.As the final test results, the precision value especially the resistance precision, already reached the international advanced level. ?. -...
