| The control theory is a basic theory of the automatic control technology, and an important professional basic course of automatic speciality and the relevant speciality. It is so stronger and abstract that students grasp it having certain degree of difficulty. The effect of experiment teaching link is important to grasp theory knowledge for students and to improve the quality of the course. Combining traditional experiment method and computer, we design a set of experimental system. It is easy to operate, flexible and cheap, the experiment is abundant in content, and real-time performance is good, so it suit the automatic theory lesson teaching of our school.First of all, operational principle of automatic theory laboratory instrument is introduced. We design a circuit board which can be outlet signal, gather and deal with data. In this paper, operation principle and role of every chip in the circuit board and interface with other component has done detailed description. We have considered anti-interference in detail while designing this circuit board.We constitute the communication protocol between the board and computer and put forward design philosophy of software of master computer and slave computer. According to module design philosophy, master computer soft which has figure friendly interface is designed, and program of slave computer is written cooperating with this software. In master computer software we design the theory demonstration module which can draw up every experiment's time domain response curve and frequency domain Bode curve and Niqust curve. Thus we can tightly combine real process with simulation software.Finally, let us take two typical experiments as examples to validate the practibility and real-time character of experimental system of control theory. These two experiments are step response of secondorder system experiment and frequency characteristic measure experiment respectively. The experimental result shows that this set of experimental provisions have functions of collection, memory and computing the experimental data, making the experimental result more accurate and ocular. Experiment effectiveness can be improved notably, too. |
