Research & Realization Of Manufacturing Management System In ERP Mode

Under the background of execution the enterprise resource planning (ERP) of Jiangsu Changjiang electronics Tech. Ltd., the applicant designed and developed an ERP manufacturing management system, which fits the request of rapid development of the company very well, combined with the management request of integration, high-efficiency, advance and omni-orientation. The design and development of the system have great benefit for the further study of integrated ERP manufacturing management system of semiconductor encapsulation enterprise, and its significance of extending and enlarging the application of manufacturing management system is also instructive. According to the request of Jiangsu Changjiang electronics Tech. Ltd., the applicant performs wide investigation and analysis of the whole company and describes the operation flow chart, data flow chart and function flow chart of the system in details by using the advanced management thought and the structure of the ERP manufacturing management system for reference. The Case tool for database modeling is also used, and the applicant built the data model of the manufacturing management system.Based on the study and discussion of the theory of MRPII, the applicant enhances the function of system by adding the JIT(Just In Time) thought into the system. The realization of nesting BOM based on JIT, the technique of optimization query, the variety of data statistic and operation automation are also discussed in this thesis. The ERP manufacturing management system, studied in this thesis, has been put into practice in Jiangsu Changjiang electronics Tech. Ltd., and the system improves the management efficiency and builds the firm foundation of Informationalization of the whole company.
