Research And Application Of Web Service Security

Web Service is a new distributed-computing technology based on XML technology. It has the advantage of platform-independent, language-independent, loose-coupling and scalability. It has the high ability of development and application, and also has the problem of security.This thesis introduces the logic component and security technology of security service first, and points out the limitation of WEB service security applied by original security technology. Then the author makes the scientific researches on the Web service security technology such as XML signature, XML encryption and WS-Security specification. Based on it, the author makes security design for business of the shop-on-line. Last, the author develops a Web service of security shop-on-line using WSE (a develop-tool of WS-Security), and it will be running in the .net environment.WS-Security is the basement of WEB service security. This article also introduces the dependent technology and development of the WEB service security architecture.
