The location of this paper in three-dimensional reconstruction of medical CT (Computed Tomography) image , while understanding current situation of the development of visual technology at present in an all-round way, the application in medical science of visual technology of exposition with particular emphasis, and according to the technicality of three-dimensional reconstruction technical realization, technology of interpolator especially do the detailed argumentation. The first part of this paper speaks of from visual technology, has narrated the development course of visual technology brief and concisly, discipline backgrounds needed, the field applied to and development prospect. Because we mainly involve visual fields of medical science , have placed more contents on the development in the field of medical image of visual technology and argumentation used. Second part It is the visual technology knowledge, the generalization in such respects as the basic principle , basic functions, function store and three-dimensional animation technology to OpenGL ,etc. The realization of the system using OpenGL functions finish that three-dimension demonstration. The third part It is number value that calculate knowledge, three-dimension rebuild technology is it is it is it punish to fit to go on to need, the research of interpolator technology that can't leave, So this part has quoted the Hermite function principle , define cubic Hermite function to begin, calculate the differential coefficient among them draws cubic spline again. Then, have stressed kinds of technology cubic Hermite function and cubic spline function, step by step, expand dual-cubic Hermite and dual-cubic spline function to progressively, sum up in the point that trinary cubic Hermite and trinary cublic spline finally. We can say , it is exactly success of designing program because of the trinary cublic interpolator technology, just really realize the three-dimension reconstruction technology, comparatively demonstrate three-dimensional information perfectly and trully. The fourth part systematic design and course of realizing, content include programming language platform that system's designing spend, face the choice of program language, list some functions of class and combine brief illustration. System at the same time consider systematic interaction fully when design , help users observe from all directions, try one's best to reach the humanized design. At last, enclose several instance , demonstration of picture, is it demonstrate dual-cublic and trinary cubic interpolator to succeed in. Main feature of this paper to use cubic Hermite function, for obtain the closed value and convenient of calculation , choose cubic spline function when the differential coefficient of calculating, two methods make good result of approaching to combine together. Realize three dimension reconstruction is it require us is it set up technology of interpolator etc. at three-dimensional space to want to rebuild, so interpolator technology expand planar space to with dual-cubic Hermite and dual-cubic spline at first , realize finally the interpolator at three-dimensional space will be dealt with, reach the final goal. At last, the system has rebuilt the respect, loaded the CT model and carried on the essential test job to the three-dimension , has put up the platform where a three-dimension shows.
