| Virtual Surgery is keeping development with the advance of science and technical, it provides the convenient method for training and study in surgery, but now it is far away form to get the finally goal of the people originally to expect it. The basic modeling of the virtual surgery is very important in creating the simulation system. Since different tissue and apparatus will be fitted for different modeling method, and different ways were used in the past to model the surgery procedure.For human calf, the first step is getting the outline of the bone and skin, the successful practical way of touch this aim normally by manual intervene. So we use the traditional method with pre-deal by human, then get the outline of the organ and take a more step to adjust the position of it. After that, using the new method to compound the two bone's tri-surface set, and we can reconstruct the geometry model by certain method. Based on the slice-reestablish method, we create human calf geometry model in 3D space. The structure of the human calf make we selected the way of FEM(finite element method) for calculating the deformation, and we use the liner-elastic material model to illustrate the physical attribute. Through the way of condensing and reducing the matrix, we improve the effective of calculation, and get the aim of real-time calculation, in the common PC platform it can show the deformation of the calf when the human calf model be acted by the outer force. At the end of the paper, we analyse the procedure and implement of the project, and list the rational improvement in the future. |
