The Research Of TMN Application In Bi-directional HFC Network

Using the bi-directional HFC network as the thesis background , it analyses two network management modes , and improves the TMN technology , applying it to the bi-directional HFC network innovatively . Using of three improved structures of TMN mode in this new situation and manage all the operations , realizes the TMN management functions in this new network.Thesis analyses the characteristic of bi-directional HFC network , improves the standard TMN mode , and building a accomplish TMN management mode in the star ?tree topology HFC network . Through the research of the network element , realize the TMN mode in physical layer , at the same time build the informal model' s network topology structure model , physical element model, function model and operation management model, and through these model' s building to design the function for the information management . Then at the base of these management functions , design the needed MIB variable by element to manage the network.Thesis use thesis MIB variable and information mode to realize the configuration function , failure management function, performance management function , security management function and charge management function in detailed . and the management of HFC,operations , embodies the convenience of TMN mode .In this thesis also design the two interface , G and Q3 interface , in TMN mode. And the design of G interface is under the MVC structure .
