In this paper, the author divides the real low earth orbit (LEO), satellite mobile communication(SMC) channels into Rayleigh,Rice and Lognormal-Rice channel considering richly different effects that environments such as urban, rural and open areas may have on satellite signal based on Chun.Loo' s part-shadowed model.It can be known that the design of band limit Gauss noise process is the key of the whole model through studying the statistical characteristic of LEO satellite mobile communication channel model, which can affect the whole model' s performance. Consequently, the author adopted Rice' s sum of sinusoids,and improved on the primary parameters, which avoided the difficulties such as sample frequency and bandwidth limit by the conventional filtering method;In addition, through computer simulation, it is found that the improved model is closer to the measured data than Chun.Loo' s model, which proved the validity of the improved model.Whether in any environment, channels' characteristics are related to elevation angles, according to known study fruits, the author presented the relations between the model parameters and the elevation angles,which make the model more intuitionistic and more explicit. Finally, ample simulation results are obtained by simulating on the proposed model , the results of LCR and AFD provide not only statistical rule of fading speed and fading duration , but also information relevant to modem design and error correction techniques.Finally, two kinds of methods about high-speed simulation for LEO satellite mobile communication channels are proposed, through the simulation, the author draw the conclusion that quarter period table look-up method is more efficient than one period table look-up when sample rate is adequate enough. |
