The Design And Development Of Hunan Quality And Technique Supervision Bureau Personnel Management Information System

With the development of market economy and reformation, the present mode of personnel management cannot satisfy the factual need. In order to enhance work efficiency of personnel management, utilize human resource reasonably, and fast information equipment of personnel management, establishing a modern personnel management information system(MIS) that is supported by information technology, computer technology and network technology is an important basal work in the construction of employee procession.After analyze the personnel management need of Hunan Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, combing with advance technology of MIS development, we development Hunan Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau personnel management information system(HQTSBMIS). This system is friendly and simple operated, it can provide the data and analysis result fast and correctly, thus to improve the modern management of personnel in Hunan Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.In the paper, technological bases of MIS are studied and analyzed. This paper makes detail system analysis by use of structured analysis method. Analyzing contents include organization structure, managing operation flow, requirement of users, etc. Based on the analysis result, the logic model of new system is put forward. And the design of the conceptual structure and logical structure of the system's database are based on database theories and the practical situation of the Personnel Department. By use of structured design method, the system design is carried on and the physical model of the system is posed. The software platform of the system is Microsoft SQL Server 2000, which is a RDBMS based on Windows. The program design adopts ASP and VB Script. The personnel management information system possesses advantages such as simple operation, better practicability and friendly interface.
