Research And Implementation On Technology Of Project Management Based On PDM

In recent years, as enterprises put forward to new demands coordinating and controlling such respects as time, cost, quality, human resources, etc. in the whole process of product development, and development of study on theory and technology in Project Mangement(PM), thereupon, the functions of project management of the Product Data Management(PDM) system are paid attention to by enterprise gradually, and becoming indispensable key function in implementing a high-efficient and successful PDM system. However, relevant studies on Project Management system based on PDM are still relatively little, effective integration is scanty between project management technologies and product data integrated platform. This paper studies integrated project management tools and project process control technology based on PDM platform, offering a more comprehensive solution and technological method for carrying on the project management in enterprises. Have launched research and probed into in the following mainly:Have summarized the basic theory of Project Management systematically, and have annotated the meaning of Project Management from a lot of respects, on this basis, have analyzed the problems on integration between PM and PDM platform and have expatiated the integrated and systematized method of Project Management.Combined with three-layer B/S system architecture, has put forward the system architecture of Project Management system based on PDM, have designed 7 kinds of basic view models: organization structure model, resource model, information model, task model, workflow model, task—business item integrated model, task—business process integrated model. On the basis of process control technology based on PDM, have realized the integration of PDM and PM. On the basis of studying PDM platform, have proposed the realization techniques of collaborative function of Project Management, which functionally supporting a lot of project members coordinating separately and distributed. Project Management can concentrate knowledge of the product development group in coordination with the function; promote the scattered project team members to cross over the restriction of the time and space working in coordination.Implementation of PDM System of Henan Northern Pingyuan Photoelectric Corporation Ltd. as the study background, developed the corresponding Project Management system based on PDM. Through the application in the project practice, have validated feasibility and validity of the main theory and technology in this paper.
