| Along with the development of Infrared Image Missile Technique, the Testing Technique of the Infrared Seeker becomes a emergent need. Till now there is no auto-testing instrument in the state. Most optic organs used in infrared ware are tested in naked eyes or without testing. The research of intelligent infrared seeker auto-testing system fills up the blank of this area in China, and shows its great importance in national defense.Through simulating the actual fighting scene, the Intelligent Infrared Seeker Testing Instrument can auto-test the quality of the seeker. The infrared laser irradiates the seeker, and assembles a facula. CCD controlled by special software auto-focuses the optimal image plate, and photographs the facula image in every visual angle. Then the character of the facula is analysised and showed by the software with tri-dimetional solid image, planar energy distribution image, parameters list, etc.. The result is listed for printing and judgement.This auto-testing technique is combined with technology of optal-electronics, image manipulation, auto-control, and precise machining. The core technique consists in three areas, the facula image manipulation, the design of facula parameter and the technique of Auto-Focus. The first one refers to data transference, digital image precession and the facula figuration. The second one contains the arithmetic of facula size and some parameter for quadrant explorer. In the research of Auto-Focus, several special focus arithmetics are presented. The radius arithmetic is adopted and validated use. This Auto-Focus technique works out the presence problem in testing area in China. What more, the special batch function "One Key" is offered for pipelining. This instrument has been accepted by China Guided Missile Institute, and begins to serve in national defense. |
