With the development of the aviation industry, new material and technology are used in the aviation aircraft for the military. It enhances the function of the electric system that the use of the CPU of 32 bits and embedded real-time operate system, at the late age of the PC. Those systems are widely used in the civil fields, and the powerful capability of dealing with the information causes that the military system begins to develop the embedded system of 32 bits.Currently, it uses the SCM of 8 bits and 16 bits for military that the aviation fuel measurement and control system in China. So it's very hard to debug, inspect and update etc, especially the limited in the aspects of data transfer, communication and memory and so on. And it restricts the unitary development and improvement of the fighter plane in China.In order to change the status of the technology lag, the design is on the basis of the application of the advanced 32 bits micro controller in particular. And it's also an explore for the new development of the aviation fuel measurement and control system.The chapters shall be organized as follows:Chapter 1 introduces the significance and background of the subject. Chapter 2 presents the general design including the system structure, system platform and development methods. Chapter 3introduces the design and realization of the hardware platform. Chapter 4 gives a detail analysis for the design and realization of the software platform, attaches much attention to the start code &BSP, the loading of the driving and the start of the operation system.
