The Research On The Integration Of The OA System Based On Groupware And The Electronic Seal And Signature System

With the rapid development of information technology, especially in the progress of computer technology, network communication technology, security technology and automation technology, it provides wide space to the application of Office Automation. Nowadays the construction of information speeds up in our country, the government and enterprise both want to realize OA in order to improve the efficiency of work and the transmissive speed of information.Stamper and signature take important roles in traditional ways of work and transaction processing. The realization of long-distance electronic documents examination and approval and the electronic seal and signature (ESS) provide people with a perfect environment of conducting cooperative works. Therefore, it is very urgent to pay attention to and discuss the security issues of the electronic documents and it is significant to conduct research on the integration of the ESS in OA system.This paper analyses the OA system and the ESS based on the project-"The OA system and electronic seal &signature system of the boiler and pressure vessel institute in Hubei". Researching on the basic theory of the project: groupware technology and the cryptography, this paper gives a deep investigation about the model, framework and function of the system.The paper firstly introduces the origin and background of the thesis, and introduces the development in the field and the needed work. Then it introduces the basic theory of OA system-groupware, the concept and sort of CSCW; discusses the definition of groupware, and giving two kind of groupware system. Secondly it introduces the concept of cryptography; analyses the means of encryption and decryption, PKI and digital signature; discusses the MD5 and SHA-1 of arithmetic in Hash Function. The paper also investigates the designable model of OA system and ESS system, introduces the CMM, Domino and the framework of . NET. Thirdly, it gives the general design, function module and realization of OA system and ESS system, analyses the three layers C/S model and the VPN.In the end, it introduces the flow of the inspection-management and the particular code about the module of pressure vessel inspection.
