Research Of Enterprise Office Automation System Based On Dynamic Workflow

The birth of OA as a science subject brings a huge innovation in the office field. The OA system prevents the personnel from huge amount of cockamamie and repeated work . The using of OA promotes the productivity consumedly. The OA system develops through three generation and is progressing from the second generation whose core is workflow to the third generation whose core is knowledge management. So to develop a flexible and high efficiency OA system makes some fact sense.The concept of workflow comes from produce organizations and office automobile system. It was brought forward for the actions in the daily work which work according to some fixed program. The workflow divides the work into good- definite tasks and roles, which are executed and supervised according to some fixed regulars and programs, to promote the efficiency of work and to promote the enterprises' producing and managing level and competing ability. As the managing technology and computer technology develops rapidly, the technology of workflow is applied to wider and wider field. To apply the workflow technology to OA system may entitle the OA system better flexibility and extensible ability.This article gives a scientific definition of OA system and introduces in detail the background and developing history of OA system. It brings forward a designing scheme of OA system. At the same time, this article introduces the concept, the origin and the developing history of workflow in detail. And describes how to apply the workflow to OA system. It gives a new concept-dynamic workflow due to some defects of current workflow-OA system. With the example of the project Housing Credit Surety System of WuHan City , this article describes the total designing structure and detailed designing methods of the dynamic workflow system.The project example in this article is Housing Credit Surety System of WuHan City. This system is used mainly to manage the examing steps of surety work, and to track the debt's repaying condition of those cases in surety. The OA system which is developed just for the Surety Company is a high- performance and high-reliability information managing platform that combines the advanced technology platform and mature application scheme. This system takes much advanced technology in it such as Dynamic Workflow , Groupware and CSCW. Its developing platform is Lotus Note. The system can meet the needs of special work and developing, control and reduce efficiently the risk of surety, andpromote the competing ability of the Surety Company.
