With the implementation of e-commerce, more and more enterprises and organizations access to networks, business-online is the inevitable trend to develop the company. But because it has the connective wide gaps between web-applying and traditional tabletop, people must do repeated migration of datum between them. Under this kind of atmosphere, Web Services appear at this moment, this is one kind of application program based on Web, Which can establish one the interchangeable platform, in order to be convenient the effective integration between commercial process, application program, and enterprise, cooperative partner customer ,etc. The appearance of Web Services has brought the bright prospect for communication and cooperation between commercial application program that structured by the different resources, in order to make them cooperate each other, not influenced by scheme from each ground floor.The Key of Web Services lies in how to describe and find Web serve, and which is mainly realized depending on UDDI technology (Universal Description, Discovery and Integration, namely united describe, find and integrate in unison), is realized. We can say UDDI has offered the chance for company to step into new market and service, also make the companies in all scales expand their own place business among the global market rapidly.The thesis at first disscuss the key standard and technology of web servicethat needed by designing and realizing web service, and introduce especially Web served standard, agreement and technology, including SOAP, WSDL, XML and UDDI; System and structure of Web service. Secondly it furtherly investigate the data structure , operation principle and UDDI programmer API of UDDI technology, and analyse the advantage of private owned UDDI registration center. On the basis, I've established one Web-served central prototype TrustUDDI system of registration center. Depending on the system, Service-provider can issue service on the trustable basis, Serve-applicant can also find out, locate the service that they need on the basis of the trust. And also analyzing systematic procedure of TrustUDDI, realizing systematic code to it. At the end of thesis, I carry on work summary to whole theme, and look forward to the work in the future.
