This paper has analysed the current situation of the power system of electric company of Baoding, and it have expatiated the advantage of the Linux operating system used in the electric dispatch automated system. And the text proposed and designed an idea that we can change Windows98 into Red Hat Linux in gather data server system in primitive unmanned system. The text recommended the metho that the data are gathered automatically in SCADA system through Wu-FTP based on Linux, the data was kept in MySQL database after corresponding treatment in order to facilitate the request of the customer end. The text introducs a method that designs the server system with totally target-oriented C ++ figure interface application program with frame Qt which steps the platform, by this way the system is apt to be operated, and we has reached very good result. At the end the text introduces the statistical report form stipulations of C/S and the alarm system of unmanned system and the theory of data analyse.
