Study On Overhaul Manage System Based On Project Manage Of Electricity Enterprise

The periodicity overhaul of power plant is connected with much special field, long project time limit and plenty of capitals. It is a very important composition part during the course of producing and management of Generate Electricity Enterprise. With the development of the electricity enterprise, the management of overhaul by traditional methods has been unable to satisfy its demand. It will be a helpful choice to introduce the computer, which will carry through the project management. Based on the basic theory of the modern project manage and the particularity of the overhaul in the power plant, this paper firstly establish the theoretical model of the project manage in the overhaul of power plant. Through the research for the popular overhaul manage system and the technology of the program developing, the function and environment of developing and using for the overhaul manage system in the power plant is defined. And finally carry out certificate research in Shanxi Province Yangguang Generate Electric Power Company.
