With the rapid development of Internet, the E-mail is deeply received by thenumerous network users because of its convenient and swift characteristic. Nomatter individual, enterprise, government even include the military etc., are allcarrying on relation in the daily life and connection at work through the E-mail.However, because of the security question of the network that makes the informationsecurity of user's E-mail unable to guarantee. Especially it is transmitted in moste-mail systems are all proclaimed in writing at present, the people who have ulteriormotives can obtain information of user's E-mail easily, even forge or distort thecontent of it. The question of E-mail information security is more and moreimportant.This article emphases research E-mail information security problem that basedon Web in E-mail system .In the article, first analyzed the basic principle of networkinformation security transmission. Then discusses and studies the E-mail securityprinciple and the related technology. In the foundation of the analysis and thecontrast to the present security E-mail standard, and then researches and discussesthe secure question of Non-repudiation to email both sides, proposed one kindE-mail Non-repudiation protocol which based on the third party. Finally, integratesPGP with the security E-mail technology, designs the realization plan of securityE-mail based on the Web.This thesis significance lies in through to analyzes and research extant securityemail standard, has solved the security E-mail system question under the Web way.Meanwhile, to solve the E-mail secure question of Non-repudiation, proposed onekind security E-mail transmission plan based on the Non-repudiation protocol. Thiskind of plan has Non-repudiation of the addressor, addressee both sides,strengthened the E-mail security.
