In the foundation of the analysis and thecontrast to the present security E-mail standard, and then researches and discussesthe secure question of Non-repudiation to email both sides, proposed one kindE-mail Non-repudiation protocol which based on the third party. Finally, integratesPGP with the security E-mail technology, designs the realization plan of securityE-mail based on the Web.This thesis significance lies in through to analyzes and research extant securityemail standard, has solved the security E-mail system question under the Web way.Meanwhile, to solve the E-mail secure question of Non-repudiation, proposed onekind security E-mail transmission plan based on the Non-repudiation protocol. Thiskind of plan has Non-repudiation of the addressor, addressee both sides,strengthened the E-mail security.
