The usage of HIS(hospital information system) has improved the work efficiency of the workers and the standardized level of medical care services .Besides, this system meets the requirements and the standardization of all the policies regarding medical care insurances. This paper gives us a detailed description of the model of the subsystems. This system applies the multi-level customer-used computer model. This paper illustrates that under the help of the method of facing end-users and flexible techniques, we have been able to set up the business system by which we get the business focus-the customers. As a result, it fulfills the connection between the application interface and data-based services, symbolizing the assumption of tri-layer customer computers development models.This paper also introduces the designing procedures and implementation of the multi-layer structure, that is, HIS system. And illustrates the questions arising during the process of implementation of the system and the resolving advice and critical techniques. As a result of the actual application of this system in YanKuang Group, it has a significant influence on both the economic and social benefits.The system mainly designs clinic register subsystem, drawing price subsystem, clinic charge subsystem, register subsystem in hospital, charge subsystem in hospital. Each module has corresponding inquiry, addation, save, delete function. We can maintain fundamental data and config the privileges by maintain subsystem.The design of this system adopted compound structure and object-oriented thought mainly. The application software of the hospital and medical insurance center adopt the system structure of software of three stores, through package technology and mutual data of medical insurance center, besides, it adopted two-tied structure, which can enhance the efficiency.
