Research On The General Real-Time Vibration Signal Monitoring System

Real-time data sampling is very important in industrial control field, for it influences the quality of the control directly. With the popular use of Windows, more and more developers are trying to find the way how to realize the real-time application in general purpose operating system platform.This paper proposed a solution of real-time vibration signal sampling in Windows2000/XP platform, which used general A/D collector. By comparing the principle of signal sampling of A/D collector for special purpose and for general purpose and the mechanism of RTOS and Windows2000/XP, the key techniques were analyzed. According to the requirement of full-period sampling and the method of software-based asynchronous frequency multiplication, a method which simulated the hard-base synchronous frequency multiplication by software was presented. It realized the full-period sampling of vibration signal.
