Research On Reconstruction Management Pattern Of The Library In Teaching Oriented College

Under the background of higher education reform in China, accompany with the rise of information technology and the trend of subjects adjustment and universities mergence, university libraries are adapting the diverse situations of higher education reform. At the same time, the changing of social economy, cultural environment and information requirements raised new demands, especially in the surroundings of internet, the teaching oriented college how to adapt to the continuously developing and changing of the external environment, enhance the internal scientific and norm management, increase the professional efficiency and service level, establish new management theory and system of information service, is an important hot point in the research of library management recently.This dissertation investigates the present situation of libraries management in some universities of China, analyzed many problems existed in such kind of libraries, study how to use and transplant new management ideas and methods, break through the confines of traditional management in university's library, push forward the innovation of the library reformation and develop library knowledge service system that adapt customer's information requirements.In the research process, open up and discard management ideas and methods,recommend the idea of the business process reengineering, rebuild the business process of the library in teaching oriented college and establish a new and core business process. By reengineering the business process of library, from the principle that regarding customer as central that information service mechanism, aim at the library's strategy in teaching oriented college, this dissertation pose to establish the double mode flat organization structures. In the creation of process of new information service system, import the theory and method of customer relationship management and rebuild the principle of information service of the traditional library, then strengthen the tie with the customer, improve the. relationship between the information organization and information customer, transform the system of information service from passive to initiative, establish regarding network as system of sustaining information service, provide individuation information service, make libraries become competitive information organization. Construct perfect library guarantee mechanism, this is one of the key factor of the acquisition successes. By the school's support mechanism, new motivation mechanism of the human resource management and cooperation in conjunction with the work mechanism form outer, the new management pattern will smoothly come into practice. This dissertation combine with the Library of Western Chongqing University, proceeds library strategy development programming design, give a new information service principle, build up the construction information service system.This dissertation has very high reference value and function on the research of management system of high education libraries.
