In the model of the traditional office automatic system (OA), the speed of data transmission is rather lower, and moreover its security cannot reach the demand. Not only the process, statistics and analysis of the above data are very complex, bu(?) also there are many shortcomings in terms of its communication, cooperation and control. Today, knowledge economic times, the OA is the inevitable trend on the basis of knowledge management (KM).Based on the KM, the OA emphasizes the integration of the multiple applied systems within the enterprise and how to realize information gathering and management, knowledge accumulation, sharing and transmission . Only on the precondition of the above, the efficiency of work in office can be enhanced and the quality cost of the office system can be reduced. For different enterprises, there are various differences in information comprehensiveness, management level and model. First, the thesis introduces the concept of knowledge management (KM), and then under the ground of the OA construction of the Exploration and Developmant Research Institute of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company, chooses Lotus group ware as the platform of system integration, finally establishes the OA with mixed construction between C/S and B/S. Furthermore, the thesis compares the leading development techniques at present and illustrates the integration realization and each applred subsystem and the designs of the function modules in detail. The .hesis emphasizes the realizations of the workflow on the basis of role control, unification user management,communication and cooperation, knowledge document management and so on. Meanwhile it also introduces the techniques of the integration mutual application among Lotus document, Office document and relation-type data. On the basis of security mechanics of Lotus , the security model can be generated, so the compatibility, stability and expandability of the OA can be ensured. |
