Design And Implementation Of OA System Based On Knowledge Management

The information digitalization construction of an enterprise is a process of constant development and perfection. In the model of the traditional office automatic system (OA), the speed of data transmission is rather lower, and moreover its security cannot reach the demand. Furthermore, the thesis compares the leading development techniques at present and illustrates the integration realization and each applred subsystem and the designs of the function modules in detail. The .hesis emphasizes the realizations of the workflow on the basis of role control, unification user management,communication and cooperation, knowledge document management and so on. Meanwhile it also introduces the techniques of the integration mutual application among Lotus document, Office document and relation-type data. On the basis of security mechanics of Lotus , the security model can be generated, so the compatibility, stability and expandability of the OA can be ensured.
