The paper focuses on the 15th key scientific research project of National University of Defense Technology—Teaching Operation Business Administrative System of Digital Campus. We have designed a distributed enterprise layer based on J2EE and used the framework at many levels for this, and have utilized this framework to develop and to dispose a high maintainability, high dependability and high performance distributed digital teaching administrative system.At first, this paper describes the general principles and methods designed in generalenterprise layer application, according to dividing layers of theory to prove general hierarchicalstructure and software system that J2EE uses. The paper carries on the deep discussion onpresentation layer, business layer and persistent layer of data, etc. We also optimize theframework of the Web presentation layer, and put forward a practical and feasible frameworknamed DigitalTeachWeb. Moreover, we clarify the relationship between business logic and datalogic, and explain the design pattern of layer of the business and pratical criterion for application.According to the base structure of the business, we propose multiple-layer structure that includesbusiness object layer, business rule layer and business facade layer, and design the business layerand the hierarchical structure of EJB's abstract interface. Next, we explain the problems aboutdesigning and tactics which deal with exception of the business layer and the data layer. Weanalyse the general technological ways of realizing the persistent data layer, and put forward anoptimal technology of performance for the data layer and a design criteria utilizing Data AccessObject pattern that solves data processing. At last, we design a steady framework of persistentlayer of data.Finally, this paper discusses the performance of the system. On the basis of experiments, we analyse the advantage and defect about performance of the system, and study the optimization means for the system, and provid the positive prospect to the development of the system.
