| Since 1999, China telecommunication corporations had been divided into four integrate corporations, all of them work in telecommunication market, their network connect with each other and compete each other, these status caused lots of problems. In order to keeping the competition well-ordered, MII consigned China P&T Appliances to invite public bidding about the project which had been built in different telecommunication corporations' SS7 OMA in August 2003. Because of our company was invited and part of device (named SWSS7-2,which used in SS7 collection layer)was acquired admission, I have a chance to attend to research and development of device in SS7 OMA. Act as a project manager, author brought forward system design and core algorithm, in additional attended to the device test. This paper only refers to the sub system of signal collection layer.In this paper, author will illuminate the theory of PSTN,SS7 and SS7's OMA at first, then study the Mil's project in detail. According to these, it brings forward the hardware design of the device which builds in CPCI and Blade-server, this design solved the performance of the device successfully. In this paper, it also brings forward the detail algorithms about Signal Match Module which used by auto-machine technology and Hash technology, Signal Duplicate Check Module and Communication Module. In the end, there are two flat roofs were given, and in these flat roofs, some of tests had been done, the results are satisfaction.The device of SWSS7-2 has already passed the test which arranged by RTNET. It also used in this project, and affords an important guarantee in this project. |
