The Detection Technology Of Plane Curve Of Machine Part Based On Computer Vision

This thesis is studying computer vision in recent years on the basis of state of development of detection technique of machine components, combine the demand for the modern advanced manufacturing technology, is researching and analyzing the basic composition element of machine components —straight lines, rounds and oval, having studied the detection and identification of the plane c urve of machine components and project application method further on straight lines , rounds and oval, it is suitable for applying to software and hardware technology with real project.This thesis regards edge curve of a real gear wheel as the research object. First, gaining two kinds of images under two kinds of illumination condition, using such 6 kinds of operators as ready-made Roberts , Sobel, Prewitt, Canny , LOG , Zero cross ,etc. in MATLAB to carry on pattern process separately. Secondly, the image that will be dealt with, after procedure that we wrote runs , keep in the form of matrix image data ,utilizing least square of MATLAB fit technology obtain mathematics equation and picture of curve. Finally carried on error analysis to the data that are obtained. The content that this thesis involves can be summarized as several following respects:Chapter one: H ave e xplain the r esearch b ackground o f t his thesis, have analyed the state of the detection and identification technology of the curve at present in the world, told key research work finally.Chapter two: Have described present typical vision detection and recognition system, the detailed argumentation that compare several key link of the detection system of the model, described to the software and hardware system of this experiment finally.Chapter three: Describe the course about the pretreatment of the image more systematically, describe the forming and treatment about the noise of the image especially; Bianry image; Image various kinds of concept and application MATLAB of algorithm that edge measure compare in different illumination treatment of picture under the terms to actual gear wheel, obtain the single picture element image with required experiment finally.Chapter four: The plane curve theory has been discussed , and has discussed the plane curve state of the familiar machine parts on this basis.
