With the development of micro-electronics and communication technology, The equipments that use microprocessor-embedded are getting applied in the fields of industrial control, building automation and power supply automation, etc. Networked system is an important development trend. An intelligent measure and control system based on network interface is designed, which have the attribute of Modular design, Open standard, independent Redundancy and Extendable structure (short for MORE). The system adopts the embedded microprocessor C8051F040 of Silicon Laboratories, and integrates Ethernet, CAN, RS485, USB interface. The Ethernet interface, which adopts W3100A hardware TCP/IP chip and RTL8201BL Ethernet control chip, has achieved ICMP, IP, TCP protocol. The CAN interface uses a CAN controller integrated in the microprocessor and a TJA1040T CAN transceiver, so that the receive and send of CAN standard and extend data frame has been accomplished. The system has many kinds of analog and digital I/O interface. The human machine interface includes super termination, Mini keyboard and LCM. The system supports In-system programming via JTAG and USB interface. The main content of the paper is following:First, the technology bases of measure and control systems are introduced. Second, total designing solution of the measure and control system is given. Third, the software which achieves the data flowing among CAN, Rs485 and Ethernet is implemented using the IEC 60870-5 -103 protocol.
