With the high-speed development of the technology of computer and net communication,computer networks have extended to everywhere and become important medium of information's communication and resourse's sharing.Internet has great development with our information's boosting in recent years.Now,internet's technology expand in many fields of people's live. The prosperous development of the Internet brings more and more impact to our life, work and study, giving great convenience to us. Whatever local area network and wide area network become more and more complex, there is a natural problem how to surveille network. Monitoring system of the networks have two facets meanings:watch and control. Monitoring system of the networks collect internet's informations in order to manager and control networks.Most network facilities are far extrenity.These facilities generally don't connect terminal,so administration of networks are hard to surveille net's state.With the great development of the network,the current network's technology can surveille a simple network.But the networks are in greatness and complication direction of development and the fast expandtion of Internet are faster the steps of networks developing. Network minitor procedures should need more effectively fashion to surveille the greatness and complication networks states. Monitor systems should transition the old stand-alone minitor system into monitoring system of the networks. The traditional network monitoring way adopts the computer to solve, which namely send the data that are received into the computer and analyse and process. That bandwidth in ten trillion network among use computer to solve is a ripe technology.After the bandwidth is up to one hundred trillion,it need to optimize the microsystem to guarantee certain bandwidth of network.But under the more high-speed environment, in the network of giga, the performances of the modern computer are still very great disparity in the demand for practical application, which can't meet the present real-time need of signal ,so a special-purpose processing equipment will carry on pretreatment the real-time signal is inevitable to come. This paper develops the real-time process system of the data mainly. It has not adopted traditional receiving the data frame through the network card,then the dataframe are transmitted into the memory through PCI bus. Monitoring program will data read from the buffering area of net card take application buffering area, which is analysed and processed by CPU. We use the traditional method in reality.The network card is not received after a frame to transfer its datum to the memory at once. The frame is buffered and the frame describe are exist in the network card. Usually buffer half full or describing half full situation can cause one break down. Ask for the system transfer the data to the memory. So there should be an indefinite long delaying here, it may delay receiving time of several even a dozen frames.It must cause serious losing the datebag. As to monitoring system which the computer realizes, the treatment to data of network card is transparent to it. It can only through inquire network datum buffering area of the memory.We know whether it has datum or not. It can very difficult to guarantee to receive all packs, or guarantee low losing the bag rate enough. Because the amount of information is too big in addition, the handling capacity of CPU is limited. Much information can't get prompt analysis and processing. So the real-time character of the network watch-dog is not good under the general at a high speed environment, it can very difficult to reach the real-time character that the system needs. This paper adopt through the developded network data collecting card intercept and capture directly to LAN or WAN independently and send them to the DSP pretreatment Entrance. According to TCP/IP agreement we can solve the bag to the data and then the data mainly is sent to the controlling machine carry on essential analysis and treatment. The method can improve network performance and reduce load of monitoring system already so, meanwhile , can satisfied with the requirement for real-time character of the system under the at a high speed environment now also. Main research contents the following of the paper: First, this article narrate network data collecting card is developed. It has already in the experiment proved the network data collecting card can be totally transparent to the network.. Do not influence the network to run even cutting out. It can duplicate the chain of the key network accurately, including the wrong network data are chartered. Second, this article narrate familiar with device TMS320C6416 which is DSP by fixed position of 32 high-performance that puts out in TI Company. The frequency of its clock is 600MHZ.It can be up to 4800 trillion orders per second handling capacity.It has processor of high-speed SRAM and stronger I/O ability.
