Abstract/Summary:
OCS isolating switch is one of the important equipments in the electrified railway, used for traction power supply. Its main function is to isolate the malfunction points (or segments), or to cut power off in sections to examine and repair, or to change the way of power-supplying, etc.. In big-scale stations, since the number of OCS isolating switch is rather large, and the distribution of that is quite extensive, so it is necessary to monitor them centralizedly.In this thesis, the fundamental theory of modern communication and the technique of monitoring controlled by PC in electrified railway are introduced. Then the thesis emphasizes to design the centralized interlocking monitoring system of OCS isolating switches which is on the basis of light-guide fiber communication and FSO (Free Space Optical communication). This system is controlled by PC, and OCS isolating switches can be manipulated far away through optical-communication. Further more, the open or closed state of OCS isolating switches and the Voltage of OCS can be timely detected by PC monitor, video monitor and the mimic panel. This system is secure and creditable, simple and convenient, which is valuable in practice.The thesis is mainly constructed by the following parts:To begin with, based on systematic analysis of the operating mechanic of OCS isolating switch at home and abroad, the two detailed schemes of this system are given, which are based on wireless data transport modem and FSO, and the comparisons of them are given in addition. Then the system functions, structure, principle, communication way, and manipulating flow are proposed in detail. Additionally, the control box of RTU is designed, and the parts of the apparatus needed are particularly chosen.Second, the main VC++ program in controlling center is introduced, and the software flow chart is given, including the codes in appendix III.Third, the chart of detailed electric route, program flow chart, trapezia program of PLC, are the main control machine of RTU, are given.Fourth, in this thesis, the hardware circuit board of RTU is also designed, and the components needed are concretely chosen, and then each module's function is introduced. The circuit and PCB chart drawn with Protel 99SE are given in the appendix I .Fifth, the C51 program for the SCM used in RTU is proposed in the appendix III, and the software flow chart is also given.In addition, the experiments on the unwired data transportation, unwired video transportation, and anti-jamming during communication are detailedly introduced in this thesis, and the reports on the experiments are displayed in the appendix II.
