The ethics problems in the amusement communication are outstanding day by day with the development of market economy, whose negative effect to the modern people (especially teenagers) and the society has become a question drawing particularly attention. This paper discusses and analyzes the ethics problems and the way to solve it in the amusement communication in our country by analyzing the content and text of the amusement communication, expecting to do a basic , creative work in the study of the communication ethics and amusement media's cultural construction.China has many defects and misplacing in economic marketization, democratization of politics, the value pluralization and the culture secularization, which have enormous influences on the idea and content of the amusement communication of our country. Under this background, the amusement communication has deviated from its due moral value orientation, but to meet the stimulus to the sense organ of the audiences and the purpose of the secular demand completely , neglecting that amusement should make people obtain healthy perceptual amusing and should not forget to promote rational value as its real purpose, which has caused a great deal of ethics lacking and has brought very great negative effects.The ethics problems in the amusement communication of our country are summarized as four respects in this article: the ethics problem related to " sex ", the ethics problem involving the violence, the problem of the inclination to fawn on customs, the question of misleading the audiences, especially teenagers for making " stars " excessively.
