Shotcrete scrobotn is the research production of country 863 project, which has the fire-new machine structure , and is superior of the other production, and is the important projection spreaded by country. Introducing CAE technology in the process of the structure design of shotcrete can improve the quality of production, shorten periodic time of development, improve the capability of automatic development of shotcrete, and have great practical value.The article firstly introduces the actuality and development of shotcrete scrobotn and the machine structure and principle of work of shotcrete scrobotn. Then it introduces the basic principle of finite element and the necessity using finit-element method to analyze the shotcrete scrobotn. It introduces what is D-H expression and show how to use, express all parameters of scrobotn using D-H expression and get the general expression of force adding each joint combining Newton force equivalence principle, calculates the value when is in the danger status and prepare for the analyze of each part.Simplifying the scrobotn to girder structure and defining the most danger status using patran/nastran, analyzing the key parts of scrobotn, knowing their status is danger or safe. Analyzing the deformation of entire structure, finding the most displacement in danger status then knowing the status of stiffness. In the same time extracting ten mode of scrobotn, getting corresponding frequency value. In the end of article optimizing and improving the entire structure combining strength, stiffness and the result of mode analyze and achieving the famous result...
