At present, Web-based education has already become an important respect of the modern education field and it receives more and more concerns. It is not restricted by time, space and personnel and can expand education to each corner of the society through the computer network. The learner can study acting on one's own in proper time and place, obtain more high-quality education result with lower cost.The actual distance learning system based on Web has some drawbacks. Such educational pattern taking system as the centre requires people to adapt to the system but the system provides service for the learners voluntarily.
