| Office Automation (OA) developed rapidly and was introduced into China in 1970s. It reached a stage of rapid development in the 1990s. Based on system science, taking behavior science as its leading science and utilizing information technology, OA may improve productivity, ameliorate internal management system, promote the fusion of basic information and provide enterprises with praise and swift decision-making information.First of all, this thesis introduces the development and significance of OA. Starting with the different definitions of OA, the thesis opens out the connotation and extension of OA. It describes system development methods in detail. By using functions, support for workflow and Domino Object Model of Lotus Domino/Notes, the thesis aims to solve the problems existing in current OA systemSecondly, on the basis of full understanding of free-choice WF-Petri net and Petri net modeling theory, the thesis probes into the definition, correctness and performance analysis of WF-Petri net. At the same time, it studies groupware, security and database technology and C/S-B/S structure.Finally, the thesis designs a network topology structure of our OA system and puts forward a software structure that combines C/S and B/S structure. According to WF-Petri net modeling theory, it uses the implement arithmetic of workflow to actualize procedures of OA. Based on the research of LS:DO principle, it provides an instance about the data exchange between archive database and relation database. It also illuminates the implement of security technology and the development of typical OA modules. Then, it summarizes itself, points out many parts that need us to perfect and prospects the future of OA briefly. |
