The main content of this thesis is the design of the real-time supervisory control system for admixing water flooding on the oil platform. The design is based on carefully study of production status of ChengDao oil field and water treatment techniques as well as water flooding techniques of ChengDao Center 2 Oil Platform. In the thesis, admixing water refer to a mixture of oily water and seawater. Oily water is a kind of liquid that separated as a byproduct from crude oil.At its beginning, the thesis analyzes the necessity and feasibility of admixing water flooding at ChengDao oil field. Then it raises a strategy of water flooding, that is, the oily water has the initiative, and the seawater goes together with it as complement of the admixing water. By PLC control techniques and SCANDA software, a real-time supervisory control admixing water flooding system in triplex layer network structure (Device Net, Control Net, Manage Net) is designed. The system bases upon PLC and DH+ (Data High Way Plus) network, and it can supervise and control the whole flow of admixing water flooding. As the primary device in the system, programmable controller implements the flex logic control for the flow and can collect the data in the flow. In the thesis, the HMI (human machine interface) designed by configuration software can display the status of the equipments on the computer screen, so the operator can supervise and control the flow in the control center room. The supervise computer communicates with PLC by DH+ network.The system is very complex. It has many detecting instruments and actuating device and its control logics are complicated. Therefore, the system is divided into three subsystems according to the characteristics and linkage relation of controlled objects. They are seawater disposal subsystem, oily water disposal subsystem and water flooding subsystem. With each subsystem, strict control thought and detailed control scheme is raised.In the thesis, PLC monitoring program and supervise control HMI program is wr itten with Rockwel I software: RSLinx professional RSLogix500 and RSView32. The programs embody the control thoughts and control schemes, and realize the supervise and control function to the whole flow of admixing water flooding.In order to avoid the inconvenience of debugging programs on spot, a simulation and test system is built in the laboratory. The simulation and test system works as a complete virtual admixing water flooding flow on oil platform. When it is running, It is able to send out signals as the real admixing water flooding flow sends, and it is able to responds correctly as the real flow responds in case of receiving commands from PLC. Recurring to the simulation and test system, the PLC monitoring program and supervise control HMI program can be exactly debugged, which completely resolves the difficulties of -on -spot-debug difficulties and saves a lot of time and manpower.In the end, the thesis summaries the entire design work and forecast the future application for the real-time supervisory control admixing water flooding system.
