| With the development of an Enterprise, a great deal of data are being or will be accumulated in different electronic forms or databases. Existing old and inefficient way of processing data will not adapt to current market environment. It is very essential to combine data from different souces and make a full analysis of the data for the enterprise. This is an urgent problem an enterprise has to solve.Then, a typical manual data processing method and an automatic computerized one are introduced respectively based on the sale branch of a company. A solution including system structure,database deployment and tools select,is given according to the needs and the configurations of software and hardware of the company.The whole system is divided into two sub modules. One extracts data from Excel forms into SQL SERVER 2000, and the other one analyzes the data stored in SQL SERVER 2000. Then the design and the implement, as well as the functions of the two above-mentioned subsystems are introduced in detail.The system makes possible the replacement from an old manual way of processing data to a more efficient computerized automatic one. And results of data analysis can be presented in forms of statistical charts or be saved as a BMP chart and printed. |
