Study And Design Of The Monitor System Of Air Conditioner Of Intelligent Building

Intelligent building is a new concept emerging in latest ten years. People have many options to its function and definition. However, it is well known that IB can provide people with a comfortable, safe working and living environment with high quality. With the raising demand of living environment quality and the working condition, people are increasingly realizing the advantage and importance of intelligent building. Now, intelligent building is in a period of fast development. As a form of intelligent building, intelligent mansions, especially those used for business get people's attention because of its high efficient and comfortable working environment. As the fast development of intelligent mansion, the building automation system, which is the core of the mansion management system, is essential. It not only improves the function of mansion, but also achieves the high efficient use of power. The monitor system of air-condition, which is an import part of BAS, is becoming more important. Recently, the design of BAS is complex, and the power use of air conditioner system is more and more high. To achieve the efficient control and management of the air conditioner system, as well as the efficient use of the technology of saving energy, it is very important to apply the computer control technique to the monitor system of air conditioner. This paper is based on the BAS project of Chongqing United Communication Corporation mansion. This paper includes: the basic concepts and development trend of intelligent mansion, its proplems, the requirement of the BAS, the buildup of the monitor system of air conditioner and its principle. This paper discusses the control method of the monitor system of air conditioner. A new method is introduced: PID control method of fuzzy-based on gray dynamic nerve network. For the project, the EXCEL 5000 EBI control system is presented. And the monitor system of air conditioner is implemented. Its design method is introduced. Finally, it discusses the problem of saving energy of intelligent mansion, and presents suggestions on the continual development of the intelligent mansion.
