With the development of computer technology and communication technology in information era and the broad application of Internet,it is clear that 3C (computer,communication and consumer) will converge in the near future. In automation control field , embedded software will be one of the most important element .In addition, the real-time embedded operation system (RTOS)will get more attention.In the application and development field of auto electron system,due to which need constantly augmet function and request of intelligence and security, embedded operating system will be the most favorite thing. At the same time,the micromation and specialization is the new direction of the computer world,which also want the support of embedded system.So,the research of the technique of embedded system is a very important work. This thesis detailedly discuss the author's work during joining national 863 major software project embedded developing system platform and apply of facing car electron. It presents the author's work in research of μC/OS-II based embedded operating system.Most content of the thesis focuses on μC/OS-II kernel and it's application. The author firstly describes the concepts of embedded system,and presents the characteristic of real-time system.The author will analyses the kemel of μC/OS-II and illustrates concretely how μC/OS-II perform it's basic function such as the management of time,task, memory and interprocess communication.Amending part of μC/OS-II system kernel,and porting it to the 80x86 processors. Testing the kernel after porting,and making statistic of the CPU usage rate,presenting total task number,executing time of each task,and the percent of each task of all task.Lastly aiming at the work.I have doneput forward some task need to be done and describe the potent product in the future.
