This paper discusses two modified methods on combination objective assessment on audio signal based on ITU-R BS.1387-1. The first method integrates several papers discussing the implement and optimization of BS.1387. It is implemented by our Visual emluator OE (Objective Evaluation), Using correlative literature; OE optimizes the Recommendation on trail. Finally We get the correlation coefficient between the subjective and objective above 0.85. In the second method, multivariate analysis is proposed for combination objective audio quality assessment. Multivariate Analysis is used in Model Output Variables, the output of ITU-R BS.1387-1, to get the important parameter "Combination of Objective audio Evaluation"(COE). After testing in a finite database, we find that the normal distribution could be used to present the relation between COE and Combination Objective Difference Grade (CODG). We get the correlation coefficient between SDG (Subjective Difference Grade) and CODG as 0.91 by some experiments, and this result is better than BS.1387-1.
