| Harbin's house property bureau introduces customers' satisfaction strategy actively, and develops informationalization in a more cost-effective manner. But the software system was developed by many companies individully, using the different database platforms and the programming tools, causing a low compatibility of the majority system, and the data cannot be shared and exchanged. The relation database cannot achieve " management of certificate by the map ". This paper takes the Harbin real estate bureau as a background of informational society , and takes improving the degree of customers' satisfaction achievement as the goal, carrying on investigation to the real estate supervisory work, useing information technology and web-based geographic information system to design the information portal of harbin's house property bureau.This paper carries on the outline to the enterprise information portal and WebGIS related to the theories and its developed tendency firstly, and introduces the information gateway function; the information portal basic characteristics; the geographic information system main function and the Internet geographic information system structure based on web mainly. Based on the reaserch of the present situation of the informationalization of the bureau and the work characteristics and the problems deeply, the paper proposes the thought about the principles of the information portal system plan. Considering the users' demands, the function demands, the information needs and the controling demands ,the paper designs the system overall structure and database, finally chooses the software platform for the overall system development and the movement according to the system analysis and the designed foundation. Designing and the development for web-based information portal of harbin's house property bureau will make the scientific foundation for achiving the job efficiently, and to improve the degree of customers' satisfaction. |
