Research On The Application Of Management Tools In Hospital Review In China

Hospital accreditation is an important method for health administrative departments and medical institutions to supervise and evaluate the quality and safety of medical service. It is also an important part of the public hospital reform. However, the accreditation involves all aspects of the hospital management, and the process is very complex. Thus it is becoming a social focus on guaranteeing the justice and equity, improving the credibility, scientific and authority of hospital accreditation and playing a guiding role in the development of public hospital reform. By doing this can we better strengthen the connotation construction, improve the hospital’s management and service efficiency as well as the quality of medical treatment. It is also the objective of this study.It firstly studied the history and current status of hospital accreditation in China. Then it analyzed the theoretical foundation of the United States JCI evaluation system which is of the greatest impact on China. It also provided appropriate methodoligical basis and suggestions on a more objective evaluation with a case study of T hospital in Tai’an.This study combined the theoretical analysis and empirical study together. It firstly carried out theoretical research by literature analysis. Then based on bibliographic retrieval and clinical data collection, the flow and result of software management tool in new round of hospital accreditation were studied by clinical investigation, expert interview and questionnaire survey methods with a case study of T hospital.Conclusion:Introducing software management tool in hospital accreditation could implement the policy of "Promote Construction by Evaluation, Promote Reform by Evaluation, Temper Assessment with Construction, Connotation Focused". The research on T hospital showed that software management tool could increase the satisfactory degree of inpatients, forming a positive cycle system. It reflected the client-centered idea, and reached the goal of elevating the hospital’s management and medical service as well as the quality of medical treatment.
