| Background:Chronic glomerulonephritis,abbreviated to chronic nephrit,is mainly mediated by immune inflammatory damage,a group of diseases with primary glomerular disease. Most occult onset,the clinical manifestations are different and various,protracted,incurable,slow progressed and eventually will be developed to the chronic renalfailure.The prevalence of CKD in adult population was 10.8%,and the awareness rate was only 12.5%. Chronic glomerulonephritis accounts for 64.1% of end-stage renal disease. Therefore,it is very important for the treatment of the disease. For western medicine chronic glomerulonephritis is mainly symptomatic treatment,there is no better treatment at present. Traditional Chinese medicine has a certain effect on the treatment of the disease.Therefore,how to play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,to protect renal function and delay the decline of renal function is very important.Objective:The subjects of this study were from Twelfth Five Year Plan "The traditional Chinese medicine clinical experience, academic thought inheritance research" of "Study on the inheritance of shenluozhengjia dialectical method of Lv Renhe"cases of clinical research.In the "three four" symptoms "of the dialectical method combining shenluozhengjia theory as the guidance,with the the method of "Yiqibushen,Xiaozheng tongluo"treating the early stage chronic kidney disease,to observe the clinical effect of this method in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Method:We divided them which were included in the 54 cases of primary chronic glomerulonephritis patients into exposed group and non exposed group,each of 27 cases. The exposed group was treated with the method of "Yiqibushen,Xiaozhengtongluo",the basic prescription:" huangqi,danggui,lingzhi,zhiheshouwu,chuanniuxi,chuanxiong,danshen,sanqi,lu oshiteng,guijianyu,niubangzi,lianqiao,xiakucao,shiwei",treatment of Western medicine was for symptomatic treatment,the course of treatment was 6 months.Non exposed group were treated for other treatment methods could be in addition to this one,the course of treatment was 6 months.We observed the glomerular filtration rate, serum creatinine,24 hours urinary protein, urinary protein qualitative and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,using SPSS 17.0 software package for data analysis.Result:1. In the exposure group, the glomerular filtration rate was significantly improved after 6 months of treatment compared with the entry group, and the difference was significant(P =0.002<0.05);in the non exposed group there was no significant change after 6 months of treatment compared with the entry group.2. In the exposure group, the serum creatinine ratio was significantly decreased after 6 months of treatment compared with the entry group, and the difference was significant  =0.002<0.05);in the non exposed group, increased slightly after 6 months of treatment compared with the entry group.3. In the exposure group,24 hours urine protein quantitative was decreased after 6 months of treatment compared with the entry group, the difference was significant(P =0.013<0.05);in the non exposed group with a slight decrease after 6 months of treatment compared with the entry group.4. In the exposure group, urinary protein characterization was decreased after 6 months of treatment compared with the entry group, the difference was significant (P=0.011<0.05);in the non exposed group with a slight decrease after 6 months of treatment compared with the entry group.5. In the exposure group,TCM syndrome scores was decreased after 6 months of treatment compared with the entry group, the difference was significant (P=0.02<0.05).6. After 6 months of treatment the analysis of the comprehensive curative effect analysis:in the exposed group the total effective rate was 88.9%, in the non exposed group the total effective rate was 59.3%,the exposure group was better than that of the non exposed group.Conclusion:1. Treating chronic nephritis by using the method of "Yiqibushen,Xiaozhengtongluo",can increase the patient’s glomerular filtration rate, reduce serum creatinine, improve renal function.2. Treating chronic nephritis by using the method of "Yiqibushen,Xiaozhengtongluo",can reduce the patient’s protein urine.3. Treating chronic nephritis by using the method of "Yiqibushen,Xiaozhengtongluo" improve the clinical symptoms of patients,no adverse reactions.4. Treating chronic nephritis by using the method of "Yiqibushen,Xiaozhengtongluo"is safe and effective, it is worth further research and promotion. |
