Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Heart Failure With Yiqi Fuzheng Method And Blood Ultrafiltration

Nowadys, more and more people have come across a disease called heart failure.Heart failure is one of the clinical common emergencies.Thousands of years ago,there is description about the symptoms of heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine,which are called ZhengChong, ChuanZheng,XinJin,ShuiZhong,etc.Recently,ESC,AHA/ACCF,have put out the guidelines of treating heart failure in 2012 and 2013.In 2014,the Chinese Society of Cardiology also put out the guidelines for the dignoses and treatments of heart failure.The treatment of heart failure includes two kinds of strategies,one of which is common drug therapy,the other is non-drug treatment. In non-drug treatment,the Coninuous Venous-Venous Hemofiltration,CVVH, has dramatic efficacy.Hemofiltration is a technique which is used to separate plasma water from the plasma proteins.During therapy,plasma water and small-sized solute are removed from the vascular space while the cellular elements are still conserved in the circulating blood.Because the technique removes large quantities of plasma water,it reconcentrate the red cell mass,thereby the hematocrit,also called packed cell volum,being high.Observe:the research is designed to observe the advantages and disadvanges of the hemofiltration conbined with the YiQiFuZhengFa for treating the heart failure.Methods:all the case have come from the CCU of XiYuan hospital from march,2014,tomarch,2016,to observe the efficacy of the hemofiltration combined with the YiQiFuZhengFa.Finally,there is 30 cases in total.Observe the changes of K,Na,Cl,Bun,Cr,BNP and HCT and compare them before and after treatment.Results:1.On the K’s impact:the K had significant difference after treatment.After treatment,K was lower(P<0.05)2.On the Na’s impact:there was notherapeuticeffect after treatment. (P>0.05)3.On the Cl’s impact:there was no significant difference.(P>0.05)4.On the Bun’s impact:there was no significant difference.(P>0.05)5.On the Cr’s impact:there was no significant difference. (P>0.05)6.On the BNP’s impact:there was therapeutic effect after treatment.After treatment, BNP was lower. (P<0.05)7.0n the HCT’s impact:the HCT had no significant difference after treatment. (P>0.05)8.0n the total scores of symptoms:there was therapeutic effect after treatment.After treatment, the total scores of symptoms was lower. (P<0.05)Conclusion:1.With the treatment of the hemofiltration combined with the YiQiFuZhengFa, the Na had significant difference after treatmentAfter treatment,Na was lower.It was supposed that the sample size was limited.It also covered up the important role of traditional Chinese medicine.2. With the treatment of the hemofiltration combined with the YiQiFuZhengFa, there was no therapeutic effect after treatment about K.3. With the treatment of the hemofiltration combined with the YiQiFuZhengFa, there was no therapeutic effect after treatment about Cl.4. With the treatment of the hemofiltration combined with the YiQiFuZhengFa, there was no therapeutic effect after treatment about BUN.5. With the treatment of the hemofiltration combined with the YiQiFuZhengFa, there was no therapeutic effect after treatment about Cr.6. After the treatment of the hemofiltration combined with the YiQiFuZhengFa,there wassignificant difference. BNP was lower. Hemofiltration helped to alleviate the heart’s burden,improve the heart’s function,and get rid of the redundant water.7. With the treatment of the hemofiltration combined with the YiQiFuZhengFa, there was no therapeutic effect after treatment about HCT.8.After the treatment of the hemofiltration combined with the YiQiFuZhengFa, there was significant difference.After treatment,the total scoresof symptoms are dramatiaclly low.The reaseach have shown that YiQiFuZhengFa helps to alleviate the discomfortableness caused by asthma,dropsy,anda lack of strength.
