ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of NingFei decoction in the treatment of chronic cough in children.The cough symptom caused by various reasons is very common in children. It because that the organ function of the children is not perfect, especially the lung is vulnerable. The function of the Lung is reflected in the protection of the skin and fur. The Lung can prevent them away from the evil. When the evil attacks the body, the function of the Lung loses balance. So the cough occurs.In recent years, the chronic cough in children is more and more common. It is easily to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis,and the effects of the treatment are not satisfied.The Definition of chronic cough in children is that:cough as the main clinical manifestation; the time of the cough lasts for more than 28 days; the chest X-ray is normal. Western medicine treatments are divided into 3 facts:treatments aimed at the causes, symptomatic treatments, and the treatments to the complications.We can choose the appropriate examination method through asking the medical history and taking physical examinations to guide the further treatment of the disease.But the examination procedures are complex, and the children are hard to cooperate, the parents are not easy to accept it.So the operation is difficult to implement. Long time cough destroies the function of lung qi, especially the proctction of the skin, leads the skin more susceptible to pathogen invasion, thus in a vicious spiral circle. This paper emphasizes treatment from Qi. Using NingFei decoction to treat children chronic cough of the Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency type.The decoction achieved good effects in clinical works.Data and MethodThe 70 cases of patients are collected in Dongzhimen pediatric outpatient from October 2014 to January 2016.They are in line with the western medicine of chronic cough diagnosis standard, and also in line with the traditional Chinese medicine cough the Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency type diagnosis, the self-control observation, condition changes was observed after 2 weeks of medication.Results1.Comparison of the main and accompanied symptoms:the scores of the main symptom were decreased after the medication,which had obvious differences,(P<0.01); the scores of the accompanied symptom were also decreased after the medication, which had a obvious difference,(P<0.01);2.Effects on total TCM after treatmentAfter 2weeks of medication,6 cases were cured,57 cases were remarkably effective,5 cases were effective and 2 ineffective,the total effective rate was 97.14%. The scores of the total symptom were decreased after the medication,which had obvious differences,(P< 0.01).3.Efficacy evaluation of cough symptom after treatmentIn 70 cases,52 cases were cured,6 cases were remarkably effective,6 cases were effective and 6 ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.43%.4.Efficacy evaluation of Expectoration symptom after treatmentIn 70 cases,62 cases were cured,2 cases were remarkably effective,2cases were effective and 4 ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.29%.5.effect evaluation of the diseaseIn 70 cases,52cases were cured,6 cases were remarkably effective,6cases were effective and 6 ineffective,the total effective rate was 91.43%.ConclusionNingFei decoction in the treatment of children with chronic cough, lung and spleen deficiency syndrome can improve the cough and expectoration symptom and the curative effect of TCM syndrome,and can also improve the disease in the total effect obviously.
