In recent years, the number of private hospitals in China is rising, the rapid development of. However, satisfaction of medical staff and the problem of brain drain has become an important factor restricting the development of private hospital. Therefore, to study the causes of medical staff satisfaction of the private hospital is not high and the loss of talents, and puts forward solutions, to retain the medical personnel, stimulate the potential and creativity of the staff, and then improve the competitive ability of the hospital, improve patient satisfaction, is of great significance.The basic theory in this paper as the research on incentive, incentive for private hospitals are introduced, taking KangHua hospital as the research object, introduces the general situation, hospital staff incentive mechanism status etc.. Because the present incentive mechanism KangHua hospital exists deficiencies, leading to staffs work enthusiasm, reduce medical personnel mobility, which has affected KangHua hospital operating results, the medical level and service quality. Therefore, this article combine theory with practice, to the KangHua hospital for field research, through the questionnaire survey and interviews to investigate the incentive system present situation and the existence question, and puts forward the coping strategies. Hope that through the study of KangHua hospital, the current rapid development of private hospitals and growth of certain reference role in the incentive system management.
