Based on the experience of the foreign practitioners different pattern, combined with the current medical service system in our country, put forward to help doctors successfully implemented more practice Suggestions and policies in China, and explore how to better use of advancing doctors more practice opportunities, the rational allocation of human resources for health, manifest the value of the medical staff services, arouse the enthusiasm of physicians involved in health care reform, promote the reform of public hospitals, promoting diversified do medical, to optimize the medical market environment better.
