Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Shoulder - Hand Syndrome After Stroke With Acupuncture Combined With Intermittent Pneumatic Therapy

Purpose:: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with intermittent pneumatic pressure therapy in the treatment of stroke shoulder hand, To provide an objective basis for the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Method: 60 cases of stick syndrome were divided into randomly divided into the treatment group(acupuncture combined with pressure therapy) and control group(acupuncture group), treatment group with body acupuncture combined with air pressure therapy, choose Jianyu, jianliao, Jianjing, Quchi, Waiguan, Hegu, by piercing the, flat flat for diarrhea, followed the line of twirling, lifting and thrusting, patients had swelling is suitable, the needle for 30 minutes. Intermittent pneumatic pressure therapy for 10 KPA, 12 s, a continuous pressure, a treatment time of 30 minutes. Treatment group was treated once a day, four weeks for a course of treatment. The control group was treated with acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture. Two groups using Fugl-Meyer(FMA) simple upper limb function assessment,Numerical Rating Scale(NAS),swelling degree scorefor the same group before and aftertheevaluation of the efficacy of the group.Results: 1. Fugl Meyer assessment(FMA) score: after treatment in both groups, the FMA score was significantly improved, and treatment of significant difference(P < 0.01), after treatment and the differences between the two groups has statistical significance(P < 0.01), the treatment group was better than that of the control group. 2.Numerical Rating Scale : two groups after treatment, NRS scores weresignificantly decreased compared with before treatment had significant difference(P<0.05), the two groups of NRS after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01). Thetreatment group was better than the control group. 3 Swelling degree score: two groups after treatment, swelling scores weresignificantly improved, compared with before treatment significantly different(P<0.05), after treatment, the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with pressure therapy and acupuncture therapy have a good effect on the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke, but the effect of acupuncture combined with pneumatic therapy is better.
