Purpose:To research and explore the clinical observations of Using "yixiaogao" in the treatment with clinical fat liquefaction of abdominal incision after undergoing abdominal surgery. Materials and methods:Using randomized parallel-controlled study, divide 38 inpatients by way of drawing their case record numbers randomly into two groups, that is 19 patients in a treatment group and the other 19 in a control group, 15 cases of male, female in 23 cases. Radical operation for gastric cancer in 4 cases, rupture of spleen splenectomy operation in 1 case, right half colon cancer radical operation in 13 cases, left half colon cancer radical operation in 8 cases, radical resection of rectal carcinoma in 2 cases, gastric perforation repair was performed in 6 cases, gallbladder resection operation in 4 cases by abdominal longitudinal incision. Carry out routine treatment of the surgical area, suture removal on the incision and drain any liquefied fat and exudates. In the control group, after thorough debridement insert the rubber drainage tube into the incision and after formation of new granulation tissue, close the incision with butterfly-shaped rubberized fabric; in the treatment group, use "yixiaogao", spread on gauze and fill in the residual cavity. change the dressing once a day, Continuous treatment for 2 weeks. Observe the therapeutic effect and the healing time of the wound. Result:For the treatment group using "yixiaogao" treatment in abdominal incision fat liquefaction healing, the patients range in age was from 46 to 79. average age of(61.10±11.44) years old, the healing period of the incision was 8-18 days, average healing time of(12.84±3.09) days. for the control group using the traditional dressing change therapy in abdominal incision fat liquefaction treatment, the ages of patients were from 48 to 82,average age of(64.63±11.09) years old. The healing period of the incision was 12-22 days, an average healing time of(16.36±2.90) days. No significant difference was found in age, sex, operation mode etc of the three groups(P<0.05), therefore making the two groups comparable. But a significant difference was noted in the result of the two groups. Statistical significance was found by comparing the efficacy of 1 weeks and 2 weeks of treatment in the two groups(P<0.05). But a significant difference was noted in the result of the two groups. Statistical significance was found by comparing the healing period of the incision in the two groups.(P<0.05). Conclusion:Using "yixiaogao" proprietary Chinese medicine in the treatment with clinical fat liquefaction of abdominal incision has healing efficacy, duration of recovery time is short, with no significant side effects, and is henceforth worthy of clinical application.
