| The aging of the population has become one of the important factors that affect the development of China’s society. Because of the special nature of the old age group’s physiological and psychological state, it has a strong product demand in medical, rehabilitation, health and other aspects, and the study of the elderly home care products is particularly necessary. Based on the reverse engineering technology, this thesis tries to put forward the usability design of the old home assistant medical products on the basis of the knee degenerative disease. In the process of research, we make a full investigation of the market situation at first, in particular, the elderly knee joint degeneration, physical, psychological and cognitive characteristics. Using laser digital 3D scanner to scan the shape of the elderly patients with knee joint lesions, we establish the 3D digital simulation model base of the elderly knee joint. Using reverse engineering technology, the digital model is measured by means of technology, and the related parameters of the physiological structure, shape and pathological parameters of the knee joint of the elderly are obtained. On this basis, we design the elderly knee joint household auxiliary medical products, and verify the scientific and feasibility of the design, and to verify the scientific and feasibility of the design. This thesis provides a good way for the elderly patients and patients to prevent and treat knee joint disease in time, and provide a good theoretical basis and technical accumulation for the medical product usability design. |
